Set to focus on customer relations, new markets, national partnerships
Dan Klawonn has recently joined the Powermetrix sales team in Knoxville, Tennessee, and will be focusing on customer relations, developing new markets, and assisting our manufacturer representative partners nationwide.
He has held business development planning, market analysis, strategic selling and account development positions since 1987 and holds degrees from the University of Dayton (Ohio) in Marketing and Geology.
“We’re excited to have someone with Dan’s experience and enthusiasm on our team,” said Martin Hiatt, Director of Global Solutions. “He has an extensive sales background in engineered products and his passion to communicate with customers, develop opportunities and create positive customer experiences will continue to solidify Powermetrix’s reputation as the market leader in meter site testing and revenue protection for the electric utility industry.”
Powermetrix continues to provide simple solution to complex problems as the company prepares to release its newest product this summer.
“I am excited to be here,” Dan said, “because I am looking forward to having an opportunity to educate customers on the many benefits Powermetrix solutions provide. I’ve been doing this a long, long time, and I welcome the opportunity to show utilities how they can better protect their revenue.”
Although Dan admits he doesn’t have a lot of spare time when he’s not at work, he said he enjoys off-trail hiking in North Carolina and Tennessee with his wife of 16 years.
