Due to recent long lead times on PowerMaster repairs, Powermetrix is working to continuously improve our Product Service Process. We are making changes to our payment approval policy to better service you with faster and more efficient service.
Effective October 1, 2019, Powermetrix will implement our new pricing structure to better serve our customers. We are requesting that our customers automatically give us approval up to the prices listed below based on the series of the unit you own. This service may include unit calibration, (3) probe calibrations, or a minor repair. Below is a list of model series and pricing for each product:

If service fees exceed this maximum level, you will be contacted immediately for approval. All repairs have a 120 day service warranty; therefore, if the equipment has been repaired and you are still experiencing the same issue, we will repair at no charge and cover the cost of shipping back to you.
Upon requesting an RMA, please ensure that you supply any additional information regarding issues you are experiencing with the equipment. If we receive your unit for calibration only and you do not identify any repair issues, the 120 day service warranty may not apply.
To ensure timely return of your equipment, if you require a submission of a PO or you pay via credit card, please submit that information when sending in your equipment. After the service is complete and the product has shipped, you will receive an invoice for payment based on your payment terms.
